DADAP Class Online Covid-19 Update

To Our Customers,

Like many people, our staff has been devastated by the effects of the COVID-19 virus on our community and our world. We've had to close our offices and our staff has been working at home. While this isn't the most convenient of circumstances with children not being in school and many stores and other business being closed, we're doing our best to keep our company and DADAP Online classes running.

At this time we're pledging the following to our customers:

• Respond quickly to all customer questions and service requests.
• Continue to ship certificates on time (although USPS and other shipping services are operating more slowly than usual).
• Provide our customers with free downloable or emailed certificates upon request.
• Help make reasonable accommodations for payments in cases of hardship.

One issue we've heard from students is a frustration that in-person Drug and Alcohol Awareness Programs have been cancelled throughout Texas. In this case an online option such as ours (especially since we're licensed by the state) are a good and less risky alternative.
